After interviewing five different landscaping companies we opted to go with Turning Leaf.
Before we ever signed a contract Mark offered us eight hours of free consultation, always scheduled with our timeframe in mind, helping us plan the project, all at no additional charge. This “about and beyond” professional offering helped us establish and solidify a comfortable rapport and working relationship.
Mark presented us with a competitive bid and a thorough explanation of the work that would be done. In addition, the Turning Leaf web site offered us a detailed look at past projects and future landscaping options.
We were already armed with a landscaping plan designed by our architect and Mark was smoothly able to implement those designs, while offering a few artistic suggestions of his own to enhance the existing plan.
Our project manager, Dion Carr, and his stellar crew arrived on time, professionally dressed and always ready for work. The communication from Dion offered me continual peace of mind and our job was completed as scheduled.
Turning Leaf has just completed phase one of the landscaping work on our 1.41 acres and we are ecstatic about the new look of our land.
Since completion, Dion has dropped by the property to see how the new trees and lawn are doing, overview the sprinkler system and he’s called me a couple of times to ask if I had any additional questions about the newly completed work. That’s quality follow up service.
I’m offering my highest recommendation to Turning Leaf and have made sure that the contractor who built our house, Steve Grendahl, and the architect who designed our home, Donald Joseph, are well aware who installed the landscaping on our property. Here’s hoping that those three pros can all work together on a project; a project that is sure to please any home owner who is looking for the best in the business.
